🎉 What a way to end an incredible Sports Day! 🤩
The grand finale did not disappoint… our brilliant parents and staff went head-to-head in an unforgettable inflatable race! 🏃‍♀️💨 From a bouncy unicorn to a giant capybara, the energy, laughter and competitive spirit were just amazing.
Thank you to everyone who took part (and to those cheering loudly from the sidelines!) — you truly made it a moment to remember for our children. 💙

Feeling appreciated on Thank a Teacher Day. Miss Williams and Mrs Sage are very grateful.

Unfortunately, despite the forecast suggesting dry weather, a check of the grounds this morning has shown them to be too slippery and unsafe. For the safety of our students, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel Sports Day today.
We know this may be disappointing—especially for those who have arranged time off—and we sincerely apologise. However, the safety of our children must come first.
✅ New date: Friday 19th June (our reserve date), when the weather is looking more favourable.
🥪 Packed lunches:
If you were planning to bring a picnic lunch today, please drop it off at school before midday. Alternatively, if you’d like us to arrange a packed lunch through Aspens, please let us know by 10:30am.

What a fabulous morning!

Sophie was very excited to be able to represent our school alongside Mrs Saunders at the Trowbridge Leisure Centre time capsule event 🎉
They watched as the time capsule was placed into the ground, where it will stay until 2056—what an amazing moment to be part of! Sophie and Mrs Saunders also enjoyed a tour of the new centre, spotting where the swimming pools and café will be when construction is completed later this year—we can’t wait to see the finished facilities.
To make the day even more special, Sophie enjoyed a classic ‘99’ ice cream! 🍦
We are so proud that our whole-school photograph will be included in the capsule, capturing our wonderful community for future generations.
How exciting to be part of Trowbridge’s future history! ✨
