Hey ππΎ still here super busy transforming and helping clients find their happiness in their own skin and I wanted to show this amazing transformation from one of my clients πππͺπΎ
We have been working together since the end of April and she came with me with determination and thatβs all that was needed ππΎ
She smashes her sessions everytime and she is doing great with staying on track with her nutrition and can still eat her favourite mealsβ¦
One very proud coach and this is just the beginning ππΎπ
We are working towards a holiday in October so I can not wait to see her goals being crushed by then ππΎππΎ

Are you Undereating??
Under eating can have an adverse effect on the body meaning that you will create more fat stores than if you ate the correct amount of calories needing for your body and lifestyle.
This was a conversation I had with this particular client during consultation as she was definitely undereating. It was scary for her at first, to think that for her to lose weight she had to eat more. But il just let the pictures do the talking π₯³π₯³π₯³ππ
She also trains 3 x per week with a variation of weights and cardio and she is feeling better by the day β€οΈ
She brings 100% and really pushes herself in our sessions and itβs so nice to see her hard work is paying off for her π₯³ππΎπ€© keep smashing it beautiful!!

Can lifting weights help you lose weight?? The simple answer is YES ππΎ
This was a question this client asked me during her consultation 6 weeks ago.. she was initially worried that if she weight trained she would gain weightβ¦
So over the process of the 6 weeks we have transformed not only her body but her mindset too.. she is now lifting weights 3x per week and loving it π
She is losing weight, toning up and feeling much better all round!
So proud of you girl! Letβs keep smashing it π₯°ππ½ββοΈ
