In order to do this and stay consistent you need to enjoy the process and build those habits into daily life.

The idea of βSTAYING MOTIVATEDβ is a myth. ππ»
Once the New Year motivation starts to slow down, youβll need to fall back on to discipline. ποΈ
How do you start to use discipline?
DISCIPLINE = The strength of your why + the reward for your behaviour - the cost of your behaviour
Do you need someone to keep you accountable?βοΈ Motivate you & remind you of your goals?
To ensure you keep yourself disciplined.
- You need to be clear on your WHY
- Make the behaviour as simple and enjoyable as possible
- Remove any factors that could get in the way

How much protein do you actually need?βοΈ
Protein isnβt just for body builderο»Ώs! Protein is a crucial macronutrient that is NEEDED when on a fitness journey. Even if your trying to lose weight. π
So how much should YOU be having?
If youβre working out regularly, a common recommendation is to consume a higher amount of protein. Eat within a range of 1.2 to 2.2 grams/kilogram of body weight.
The ideal amount varies from person to person for what is optimal or what can actually be maintained daily for my clients.
