Exciting news!
After passing ethics, recruitment for my final year research project has gone live!
This is an opportunity for anyone interested in being involved in an in-person psychological experiment to sign up, participate in the experiment, and contribute to the knowledge behind why autistic people are aversive to other people's eyes.
To be considered for participation, you must be diagnosed as autistic by a qualified professional, and you must be able to attend Leeds Trinity's Horsforth Campus in Person at a time and date that suits you and the research team.

Change your perspective. Instead of focusing on how much time you *should* spend compared to others with your fitness routine, consider how every minute you spend in the gym, even on an off-day, is closer to your goals.
There is no room for comparison between others and ourselves. Instead, we must only reflect honestly on what we can do to improve our own abilities and habits!

Motivation Monday!
