Just a reminder about tomorrow’s SSJ. The competition starts at 4pm and will be finished by 7pm. Coaches have the final running order and will ensure you are ready on time for your warm up.
When you arrive, please sign in. You will see our new pop up banner to make it clear where to go.
A little note for any future entries.
- Payment MUST be received at the time of entry. If not, and it still hasn’t been received by the closing date you/your skater will be automatically withdrawn. Payment details are provided on all our entry forms once you click submit.
- Entries must be received by the closing date. If you miss this, we cannot add you on after.
- Please check the criteria carefully. We have tried to make entry forms as easy as possible by simply asking for your highest level passed. Please refer to your Skate UK Booklet or BIS Tests portal to clarify this. Otherwise confirm with your coach. We have had a significant number of skaters select they have passed a level they haven’t which has led to lots of movement.
- Entries will be shared with coaches and they will have one week to advise of incorrect levels. Any changes after this will not be made and the skater will either need to skate in the category they have entered or withdraw.
I appreciate this might seem harsh, but not following the steps above leads to considerable additional admin. The club is run by a very small number of volunteers and all the planning and management is done in their very limited spare time.
In the meantime we hope you all enjoy the competition, whether it’s your first one, you’re a seasoned SSJ competitor or you are using this as preparation for upcoming tests and competitions.
