Bit and bridle fitting consultations for owners looking to improve relaxation, comfort and way of going with their horse

28/04/2026

About me:

Following redundancy from the NHS I am pushing myself outside my comfort zone of being a public sector employee, and using this as an opportunity to self-develop and do something I am passionate about.
I begin training as an independent bit and bridle fitter in April 2026 and will be available to book consultations in the Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria areas from mid June 2026.

I am excited to share with other horse owners my knowledge and my aim is to develop a relaxed partnership between horse and rider.

My horse China (Knotfords Royal Doulton) has taught me so much about listening to the horse in order to get the best partnership possible. She is a very sensitive Gypsy cob and lets me know when something isn't perfect for her.
We compete at dressage but enjoy a varied ridden workload including hacking, jumping, training camps and cross country.

I will update more as my training begins and if you think I may be able to help you once I am qualified, please do get in touch.

Many thanks
Fiona
