Looks relaxing, doesn’t it?
Two boats.
Water like glass.
Sun shining.
Everyone catching their breath, grabbing a drink and enjoying a rare quiet moment on the canal.
From the outside, it almost looks peaceful.
But nobody’s getting too comfortable...
Because before long you’ll hear the words every Shark knows are coming:
“Right, that’s enough... we go again!” 👀
And just like that, the bottles are down, the paddles are up, and it’s back to chasing the next start, the next sprint and the next little improvement.
Hard sessions build fast crews.
But it’s these moments in-between that build a team.
