Who only last week had a team of fighters over in Ireland who all made us proud.

After been in this gym for 5 + years and running it for almost 2 its time myself and kristal closed the doors.
The gym has leveled me out in bad times and keeped me on track in good times by helping others stay on there's
Its worked so well for me my wings are fully stretched out and im ready to fly, in our up and comming bussines ventures.
We have tried to find a fitting match to keep the boxing class open but with no avail.
Most juniors are going ABA and some good ranking adults have been shown the gateway to pro fighting.
The gym doors are always open just pay sid £5 per session and use all the boxing equipment as we are leaving it all there for you to keep using.
Our last night is Friday fun day (FREE). Still boxing but there won't be a Robbies 12 round worm up to test your fitness.

📢 Farewell to Rock Solid Boxing Club
We would like to let everyone know that Wednesday 10th September will be Kristal & Robbies final training session at Rock Solid Boxing Club.
This has been an extremely hard decision to make, but we have decided it is time to walk away from the club. There are many reasons behind this, but what matters most is the amazing journey we’ve shared together.
We want to sincerely thank every single person who has trained with us, supported us, and been part of the Rock Solid family. It has been a privilege to see so many of you grow in confidence, strength, and spirit.
Although this chapter has to come to an end for us, we wish each and every one of you the very best for the future.

We have two groups of fighters out in two difrent country's today.
Ireland with Marks team and me out with another team.
All did us proud not just in the ring but out of it too.
