๐ฅ SEPTEMBER GRADING WEEKEND ๐ฅ
A few more of our students have now received their new belts following our September grading weekend. ๐๐ฅ
โญ A massive shout out to Phillip, who was also awarded Best in Grading! โญ
A brilliant achievement and well deserved after the effort he put into his grading. ๐
On Friday 25th September, our Tiger Cubs took part in their grading, with Mr Turner, Maโam Turner and Mr Corben Turner who were also the grading examiners.
We were extremely proud of every one of them. They listened, worked hard and showed just how much they have progressed in their Taekwon-Do. ๐ฏ๐ฅ
Then on Saturday 26th September, it was the turn of our Juniors and Adults, with Master Chris Beanland as our Grading Examiner.
Another strong grading, with students being tested on the knowledge and skills they have worked hard to develop over the last few months.
Those who have attended class since the grading have now been receiving their new belts and certificates, and it has been great seeing them wearing their new grades with pride. ๐
We were pleased that's Sharon V-Happy helped and opened up the downstairs Cafe again to alow our student a safe place to practice and get well needed refreshments in the Eccleshill Mechanics Institute โค๏ธ
Unfortunately, two of our students were too poorly to attend our Saturday grading. After a quick phone call to Maโam Lauren Stott at Invictus Martial Arts, she very kindly allowed them to attend their grading on Sunday 27th September, grading examiner Mr Hughes and assisted by Maโam Hughes.
We really appreciate them helping us at short notice and giving our students the opportunity to complete their grading.
A massive thank you to Master Beanland, Ma'am Turner, Mr C Turner, Maโam Stott, Mr Hughes and Maโam Hughes, Sharon and everyone who helped make the weekend possible.
Most importantly, congratulations to every student who graded. We are incredibly proud of you.
Now the hard work starts again towards the next one. ๐ฅ
