Tomorrow it’s our favourite day of the week parkrun day 🧡🌳

Please find below some important information.

Edens Tearooms across the road from Norman Arch (Tony’s corner) in the shopping complex will be open at 8.40am-9am (toilet facilities available), enjoy their delicious 😋 breakfast after the event.

The Refreshments rooms will open from 9.30am next to Cartwright Hall. You are welcome to use their toilet 🚻 facilities and please pop in and have a post event sandwich, cuppa and cake after the event. Diane, the Manager, has kindly asked staff to pop some water on a table outside so please help yourself. ☕️🍰

Nick will be in his usual spot in his Cafe4u van to supply you with endless supplies of his delicious drinks ☕️

Meet near the bandstand at 8.50am for your First Timers briefing with Rachel and let her know if you are a first timer or a tourist and where you are travelling from.

Bring your family and friends along for a ‘Good Time’ and introduce them to our ‘Happy Place’.
