This past weekend, we were honoured to host Adrian Rattenbury, President and Founder of RPT Europe, he delivered an intensive and inspiring ICA coaching course for our team. 🙌
Over three action-packed days, Adrian led a focused and dynamic programme covering:
✅ Footwork fundamentals and movement efficiency
✅ Technical development and stroke refinement
✅ Tactical understanding and decision-making
✅ Modern, game-focused coaching methodologies
Our coaches immersed themselves in contemporary coaching practices designed to elevate both player development and session quality across the Strive Tennis programme.
With over 45 years in the global tennis coaching industry, Adrian has trained thousands of coaches in more than 50 countries. 💼🏆 His achievements include World, European, Middle East and UK Coach of the Year awards, multiple Master Professional qualifications, and experience coaching national teams in Davis Cup ties. He has also worked extensively with ATP, WTA and ITF-ranked players, influencing player development pathways and coach education programmes worldwide.
We’re incredibly grateful for the insight, energy and expertise Adrian shared. This weekend has provided a real boost to coaching standards across Strive Tennis — and ultimately, that means even better experiences for our players. 👏

Today’s focus was all about serve progressions – building the motion step by step, understanding rhythm, shape, and how to develop a more effective, repeatable action. Some fantastic insights and plenty of learning to take back onto court with our players 💡🔥
