🩷 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷
This month we are encouraging everyone to check their breasts regularly. 1 in 2 people get cancer, but catching it early means treatment is a lot more successful.
This is something that is close to home for us with two of our women’s team mums recently going through it. A stark reminder that it can happen to any of us, but what helped both these incredibly strong ladies was catching it early!
As a club with a women’s team, multiple girls teams, and loads of other great women around us, we are constantly surrounded by women and ladies every week, not just on the pitch or sidelines but by all the people who follow us on social media too. Please use this message as a reminder to check your breasts regularly and encourage one another to do so.
