Captain's and Opposition Award

Today's Captain's and Opposition Award goes to a player who had an outstanding impact on the match. She took control through the middle of the field, distributed the ball with confidence and accuracy, and consistently found space to challenge the defence. Her speed with the ball in hand was exceptional, allowing her to take the game to the opposition time and time again.

Her performance wasn't just impressive in attack—she was equally strong in defence, making solid tackles and working tirelessly for the team throughout the match.

A well-deserved Captain's and Opposition Award for an outstanding all-round performance. Thank you to Wise Windows Yorkshire for your continued support in her 2026 season

Top Tackler Award

This was given to an outstanding player who led the defensive effort from start to finish. Her line speed was exceptional, putting the opposition under pressure every time they had the ball. She delivered strong, dominant tackles that forced handling errors and caused multiple dropped balls.

In her new role at loose forward, she was everywhere on the field working tirelessly in defence, supporting her teammates, and making her presence felt in every contest. It was a fearless, hardworking performance that set the standard for the team. Big thank you to her sponsor
