Andy’s Man Club:
One of the key reasons we opened this gym is for people to have a safe outlet to improve their physical and mental health in a productive way.

We got in touch with Andy’s Man Club and they’ve supported the idea from DAY1.

Being the 4 founders of D1 are male we were flattered they’d allow us to associate with their company and we vowed we’d spread the awareness of not only men’s mental health but the mental health awareness of anyone suffering in silence.

D1FitnessGym:

What caused this madness was two friends stuck with an idea, 2 others came along and helped put it into fruition which caused D1 to be formed.

1 month later we had a unit to work on, 1 month after that a following and association with one of the UK’s largest mental health clubs.

We’re not stopping now. Opening 05/02/2024.

D1Kitchen:

They always say you can’t out train a bad diet,

So what did we do? We had a chef pitch a great idea of not only high quality training for people that require it but a high quality meal prep service to help people hit those macro goals as well, get your orders in.

INTERNATIONAL MEN’S DAY

A day focused on fathers, brothers and sons mental and physical health.

D1 have said it once and we’ll say it again, a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Support the men of the world not just today but everyday and encourage exercise for not only the body but the mind.

IT’S OKAY TO TALK FELLA’S, PLEASE DON’T SUFFER IN SILENCE.

We will never forget…
