You know that little voice in your head?

💕 Mum & Baby Yoga at Ananda Lifestyle 💕
Motherhood can be wonderful, exhausting, emotional, and sometimes a little lonely. Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes offer a space to slow down, connect with your baby, and spend time with other mums who understand the journey you’re on.
The classes combine gentle postnatal yoga to help rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, release tension, and support emotional wellbeing, alongside movement, songs, and yoga activities that your baby can enjoy too.
Come exactly as you are—whether you’re feeling energised or exhausted, with a sleeping baby or a grizzly one. There are no expectations here, only support, understanding, and community.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a Caesarean birth.

People often ask how you know when it’s time to make a big change.
The truth is, when the time is right, you just know.
You don’t have all the answers. You may not have the perfect plan. The risks are still there.
But something inside you feels ready.
That’s how I felt last year when I finally signed the contract for the studio.
It was one of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken. There were no guarantees, no back up plans, just a vision, a lot of hard work, and a belief that I could create something special.
Less than a year later, I look around and my heart is full of gratitude.
I see an amazing, supportive, friendly community, where stories are shared and memories made together.
A space where people feel welcome exactly as they are.
I absolutely have no regrets. Do I work more than before 100% yes, but does it bother me 100% no, not for a minute!!
So if you’re standing at the edge of a big decision, trust yourself. Sometimes you won’t know every step of the journey.
You just need enough courage to take the first one.

⛰️🥾 YORKSHIRE PEAKS ADVENTURE – SUNDAY 5TH JULY 🥾⛰️
Fancy a day in the hills with great company, fresh air, and stunning Yorkshire views?
This year we have two options:
🏔️ Option 1 – Pen-y-Ghent
✔️ 6 miles / 10 km
✔️ Approx. 3–4 hours
✔️ Perfect if you’d like a shorter walk while still conquering one of Yorkshire’s most iconic peaks.

✔️ 24 miles / 39 km
✔️ Approx. 10–12 hours
✔️ Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough
✔️ A full-day adventure and an incredible achievement.

As I’m preparing for tonight’s Yin Yoga workshop, our last Yin session before the summer break, I’m surrounded by books, notes, and ideas.
I started with one book. I’m now sitting with seven.
Every time I think I’m finished, another idea appears. Another piece of information I want to explore. Another way to make the practice a little more healing, a little more therapeutic, and a little more meaningful for everyone who comes along.
That’s one of the things I love about Yin Yoga. The more you learn, the more there is to discover.
If you’re free tonight, there are still a few spaces available. We start at 7pm, and I’d love for you to join us for this final Yin workshop before the summer break.
If you can’t make tonight, our Mandala Flow workshop on Sunday 28th June will be the final workshop before we pause for the summer. After that, workshops will likely return in August or September.
So come and celebrate with us, whether through the stillness of Yin or the flowing movement of Mandala Flow.
