Our Ladies Softball team may have been going since 2021 however this season we came back bigger, better and stronger than ever before!

What started with our signing-on night back in March, expecting just a handful of names, quickly turned into something special. Eighteen ladies turning up to training, all eager to get involved and put themselves forward to play 🤩

From complete beginners to returning players, every single person has played their part in making this our biggest and most successful season yet.

We've had plenty of highs and a few lows but most importantly we've enjoyed every single second of it. Watching everyone grow in confidence, support one another and celebrate each other's successes has made this season one to remember 🥰

After concluding the season with a win, placing us middle of the table, we’re already planning for the next 🏏

Junior Post #4

The under 11s finished their season off at Woodlands on Sunday morning with a victory.

This year the majority of the u11s team were made up of last years u9s softball team. This year they moved up to play hard ball cricket for the first time.

There were naturally a lot of nerves when winter nets started all this months ago in February but throughout the year have come on leaps and bounds.

The boys finishing 2nd in the league posting two games to overall winners Bankfoot. But from their first loss at the start of the season losing by 53 runs to their second loss seven weeks later, the boys lost by just 13 runs. Showing the incremental improvements they had made through a lot of hard work.

It’s been a great year of developing their hardball skillsets and we can’t wait to see them go from strength to strength and have another positive year next year.

Well played boys, great season!
