Gotta keep it moving no matter what

That’s when you get that stress release from the day.

I’m Injured ! And So what, i work around it and I don’t make excuses. It might take a bit of time to re-navigate.

I did 8 months of working around a hernia, compensating, masking the pain. Watching others enjoy there training and I didn’t complain. Yes it affects ya mentally, but some movement is better than no movement.

Set backs are set backs and excuses are excuses

Returning the favour to my mum as we came here sometimes when I was small.

Mums so strong because she danced when she a lot younger and had always taken care of her health. Shes taught me all I know. A life time of lessons.

Beautiful place. Tranquil. Stretching the legs and fresh air.

Here’s a dip variation for your chest

Leaning forward and tucking the legs shifts the load directly onto the pecs. If you aren’t feeling the stretch in the right places, it might be time to tweak your form.

Once you can do these then add a weight belt
