The trainer of the Week trophy is something new we have implemented for our youth to achieve. This encourages and requires our youth to apply themselves and is not just focused on footballing qualities alone.
A number of things we look for is positive attitude, effort, listening following instructions, manners, respect, communication, work rate and encouragement. These are all key components of improving to achieving the trophy.
