The classes are from 6.00pm-6.45pm starting this Sunday evening at Ilkley Grammar School in a lovely pool and will run for 5 weeks. The cost of this course is £50.

🌸 New Tums course starting in September! 🌸

It's not long till we're back in the pool in September so get in touch if you would like to join us. Turtle Tums is a specialist Aqua-natal yoga course (developed in association with Birthlight) to help you maintain fitness throughout pregnancy as well as preparing your body for giving birth.

Our classes (which are suitable for women from 14 weeks pregnant) will run for 5 weeks starting on Sunday 10th September from 6.00pm-6.45pm in our lovely pool at Ilkley Grammar School. A 5 week course costs £50. If you would like to pay for the first class before booking onto the rest of the course then we are happy for you to do that. 🌸
