With the new hockey season just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about getting **back to hockey and ready for the season ahead!** 💪

Whether you’ve been hitting the gym, getting some miles in, picking up a stick again, playing summer hockey… or you’re planning to dust the cobwebs off when training starts — we want to know:

It’s time for our annual showdown with Huddersfield Dragons! 🏑🐗🐉

We’ve got hockey running throughout the day, from our juniors right through to the senior sides and Development team.

⏰ Meet times:
🏑 10:00 – U10s & U12s
🏑 10:30 – Men’s 2s
🏑 12:00 – Women’s 1s
🏑 1:30 – Men’s 1s
🏑 3:00 – Development

📲 Players – please enter your availability on Pitchero as soon as possible.

🍔 Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day, so even if you’re not playing, come down, grab something to eat and support the club!

Last year the trophy stayed with Bradford...

TRAINING IS CHANGING! 🏑

Following feedback from our recent club survey, and after being voted on at the AGM, we’re changing the way our Thursday training sessions work.

👩 Ladies: 6:30–8:00pm
👨 Men: 7:30–9:00pm
🏑 Mixed session: Last Thursday of every month

The aim is to give both sections more focused training while still keeping the social, mixed-club atmosphere that makes Bradford Hockey Club what it is.

We’ll be giving the new format a go and listening to your feedback as the season progresses.

Different sessions. Same club. One BHC. 🖤❤️💛

*NO TRAINING TONIGHT (25 June)*
Due to the hot weather there will be no training tonight. We’d hoped it might cool down by now but it continues to increase - given the lack of shade, we have decided to cancel.

On 22 May, we came together for our Junior Presentation Evening to celebrate another brilliant season of hockey at Bradford Hockey Club.

We're incredibly proud of every player who put on a Bradford HC shirt this season. These awards recognise some outstanding achievements, but every member of our junior section has contributed to a season full of learning, teamwork, commitment and fun.
