Khadijah Combat Academy

Next Sunday 1st June we are having an Open Sparring session for like minded karatekas and knockdown practitioners at Khadijah Combat Academy. Sparring starts at 2:30pm. Please bring MMA gloves and shin instep pads.

On *Monday 9th June *we are inviting you to share your thoughts on how we can make research on mental health better for our (South Asian/Muslim) communities.

In audio recorded group conversations, we will ask you to tell us about:
- What challenges do members of your community face in participating in mental health research?
- What would make it more likely for you to participate in mental health research?
- What is the best way for us to share information with you about mental health research?

Our sessions will be taking place at your gym 🏋🏻‍♀️hence in a safe space, with food served afterwards 🥗🥪🍖. Please come and share your views for the benefit of our communities!
