A huge well done to our member Callum Knight for volunteering his time and effort to help transform and improve Wibsey Rugby Club.

When Gary first started, he had clear goals but lacked the structure needed to achieve them. Fast forward a few months, and he’s just completed his very first 10K.
Training both here at 6Fit and with his PT, Cam Gill, Gary has put in months of hard work, consistency, and dedication to achieve this incredible transformation.
