Bored or not getting the results from steady state cardio?
Give "HIIT" (high intensity interval training) a try at the end of your session to torch some fat!!
This involves working for intervals say 20 secs working flat out and hard as you can and 20 seconds rest. my personal favourite and to give my clients are deadmills as shown on the video, this is using the treadmill with the power off and using your legs to drive the belt.

Nothing like a early morning conditioning and fitness session to get you going 💪🏼
4 rounds
Round times:50sec 40sec 30sec 20sec
Rest:10 seconds last round 5 seconds
Mat drags - tuck jumps 2,3,4....
Bear crawls - 2 burpes
Box jumps
Thrusters
Plate get up with front raises
5 upright row 5 kettle bell swings
High knees on the mat
Battle ropes
Bench jump overs
Pull up - chest to floor 1,2,3...
Alternate med ball press ups
Treadmill sprints to finish off 2 sprints on each incline 20 secs on 20 secs off
Incline:0,2,4,6,8,10
1 hour done and dusted!!
Offer team/group circuits good way to mix up just training out on the field , general conditioning and fitness, good for pre or during seasons to keep that edge against other teams.
Working in pairs, 2 exercises per station
1 min round 30 secs each exercise
1:20 round 40 secs each exercise
1 min round 30 secs each exercise
Mat pull and drag
Bear crawl and press ups
Box jumpsand wall seats
Kettle bell swings and upright rows
Biceps curls and shoulder press
Tuck jumps and sprints on the mat
