This event, hosted in partnership with the North Bangladeshi Cricket Association, is a shining example of how cricket is growing stronger in the Bangladeshi community. The Rose Battle will now be celebrated every year, showcasing the very best of Yorkshire vs Lancashire. 🌹⚪🔴

We are proud to launch the Bradford Bangladeshi Cricket Association — a platform built to support and represent Bangladeshi cricket players at every stage of their journey: from grassroots, to semi-professional, and all the way to professional cricket. 🏏✨

Our mission:
✅ Create opportunities for Bangladeshi boys and girls to get into cricket
✅ Build partnerships to grow the game in our community
✅ Provide a clear pathway for talent to shine
✅ Represent our community proudly on and off the field
✅ Encourage players to join Bradford Leagues and showcase their skills locally
✅ Take teams to play abroad, giving players international exposure
✅ Offer coaching opportunities for those interested in developing their skills as coaches
✅ Provide quality coaching to players so they can improve, grow, and reach their full potential

Under the BBCA banner, we are uniting BEAP Bengal Tigers, Bradford Lions, and Bradford Blessing Cricket Team working together to nurture the next generation of players.

We are also proud to work closely with the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation, ensuring our players benefit from top coaching, facilities, and development opportunities.

This isn’t just about cricket. It’s about building confidence, creating role models, and opening doors for Bangladeshi players in Bradford and beyond. Together, we can make sure talent in our community is recognised, supported, and given the chance to succeed at the very highest level. 💪🏽🏆
