Now I have completed the HYROX Foundation I am excited to start integrating HYROX disciplines into my training.
I’ll be incorporating these methods to develop strength, endurance and functional capacity, creating well-rounded athletes prepared for performance both inside and outside the gym.
Curious to learn how this type of training could benefit you? Message me to learn more.
I’m not here to just tell you what machines to use and stand next to you while you use them, counting your reps for you. Neither am I here to just give you a list of exercises, a weekly bro split, or nag you to track your calories in a spreadsheet from week to week. Im here to notice things you don't notice, tweak your reps, sets and form continuously so you're maximising every set and push the boundaries of what you thought you were capable of while simultaneously protecting your progress and recovery - Aligning every effort with your training aims and allowing you to reach your goals in the straightest line possible. I’m here to continuously bring something new to your sessions, find new ways to challenge you and keep you on your toes. I’m here to help you train harder but avoid over training, train without injury and work towards injury prevention. I’m here to expose your weaknesses and help you confront them and conquer them. I’m here to steer your mind in the direction that you want your body to follow, move you to that place where your on the front foot, bold, capable and in control. I’m here to listen to your doubts, your distractions and then centre you in yourself and guide you back to your full potential.
1. No plan works unless you do
You don’t need a “perfect” program. You need to show up repeatedly. A mediocre plan executed consistently beats the best plan ignored.
2. You already know most of what to do
Eat better. Move more. Sleep. Train progressively.
Paying someone doesn’t remove the responsibility to act, it just outsources thinking you’ll eventually have to reclaim.
3. Motivation is unreliable, discipline isn’t.
You won’t feel like training most days. Waiting for motivation is how people stay stuck. Action comes first; motivation follows.
4. You are responsible for your results
Your job, your stress, your past, your genetics — none of them lift the weight for you. Accountability isn’t blame; it’s power.
5. Effort is not optional
There is no version of fitness that doesn’t require physical and mental exertion. If you’re constantly looking for the easiest path, you’re training avoidance, not strength.
6. You must think, not just obey
Blindly following a list teaches compliance, not competence. Real progress comes from understanding why you’re doing something and adjusting when life interferes.
7. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Doing something hard once means nothing. Doing something manageable week after week changes your body and your identity.
8. You will have to be uncomfortable
Training exposes weakness, fatigue, coordination issues, ego wounds. That discomfort is the entry fee, not a sign you’re doing it wrong.
9. Nobody is coming to save you
A coach can guide, correct, and support you but they can’t carry you to the gym, cook your meals, or choose for you when it’s inconvenient.
10. This is a long game
There is no finish line, only standards you either live by or don’t. Training isn’t a phase it’s a practice of self-respect repeated over time.
The real value of coaching
Good coaching doesn’t remove effort it demands more of you, not less.
It sharpens thinking, enforces standards, and removes excuses not responsibility.
If you’re looking for a way to cheat the process, this isn’t it.
If you want the path of least resistance the plan that promises results without effort you already know where to find it.
This is an invitation to do something rarer: to meet yourself humbly where you are and take a deliberate step forward.
My coaching isn’t about outsourcing responsibility or blindly following a list. It’s about learning how to think, how to feel, and how to act in a way that actually holds up when life applies pressure. We use what you want to achieve not as a fantasy, but as fuel. Something that sharpens focus instead of distracting you.
The difference isn’t the plan.
The difference is presence.
When you put yourself in front of me, in real life, multiple times a week, the work becomes tangible. I show you what to do and how to do it in a way that’s clear, achievable, and repeatable. Complexity gets stripped away. Effort gets aimed properly. Your thinking starts to change.
And that’s the real transformation.
Once your thinking shifts, the rest follows naturally — not through force, but through understanding. Time spent here isn’t about temporary motivation; it’s about setting a healthy trajectory built on self-trust, competence, and discovery.
If you’re ready to stop avoiding the work and start becoming the person capable of it, you’re welcome here.
