As we have now added two additional rowers to our gym kit, why not add this to your cardio workout and try a different piece of equipment?
The benefits of using a rower in your workout include: low impact training on your joints, helps to strengthen your back and core, works muscles in your lower and upper body and works on your power as well as your cardiovascular fitness.
