Dru Yoga with Sharon
Weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm-8:15pm 🌿💗

Next week, classes will focus on calming the nervous system — staying present, finding balance with gentle movement, guided breathwork, calming mudras, and deep relaxation to help soften December’s busyness.

Beginners always welcome — everything can be adapted. It’s a lovely time to try a class or simply recentre. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. 🌿

Sharon is a long-time teacher specialising in Dru yoga, fatigue & burnout support, restorative and somatic practices. “I meet you exactly where you are at, and we will explore this wonderful practice together.”

Questions, 1–1 sessions, or holistic therapies? I’m here.
Namaste,
Sharon — @ Yoga Life and Wellbeing
