Today we attended Andrew’s funeral, and what a wonderful send-off it was. ❤️
Andrew Shuttleworth was a much-loved member of Notley Walking Football Club, and he will be missed terribly by everyone at the club. His friendship, character and presence will always be remembered.

To honour Andrew and keep his memory alive, we are now in the early planning stages of an annual tournament — The Shuttleworth Cup. ⚽️🏆

It feels like a fitting way to celebrate Andrew, his love of the game and the friendships he made along the way.

Rest in peace, Andrew. You’ll always be part of the Notley family. ❤️

Notley Walking Football took a break from the league this year but we still like a tournament or a friendly. Had a great day in the sunshine against some very good experienced competitive teams. We went into extra time in the semi final to lose out to a very late goal in extra time. The team did Notley proud and the smiles on players faces speaks volumes ❤️

With our growing waiting list for a Thursday I'm planning on expanding to take on new members but for a Monday night session 8-9pm.
