Wow that was so good to be back !!

Ladies gosh I missed you all !! It's like I never went away !!

Those WHOOPS were strong last night!! Those squats were low and them sprints were fast !!

You all did amazing last night !!

Thank you Cat for holding down the fort while I was away 💪🏻💪🏻!! Dream team !!

And to have an OG return wow it's like she had never been away 🩷🩷!!

You done it again .... you powered through them tracks last night .

We did it...... we managed to bounce outside again and that was so nice 🩷!!

Just by turning up and getting that work out going you are keeping us going at ((bounce))Braintree 🥰🥰!!

We welcomed 2 new ladies to the team last night and they were just incredible 🩷🩷!!

I won't be here next week but don't worry Cat will be here!!
