EQUIPMENT UPDATE

Wear and tear is inevitable in a gym and we are aware the benches need replaced. We have ordered 3 new adjustable benches , one flat and a new preacher curl bench but they have been on back order. I have chased them this morning and I can confirm they will be delivered soon . We have also ordered 4 new leg straps and a set of handles for the cable machine.
Work will resume again soon but good weather means inside jobs have to wait which is us .

We will be releasing the timetable for Reformer pilates classes soon but would like to know what times and days clients would like classes .
We will be offering smaller groups until. the new space is completed which I am also excited to say construction is well under way !
Classes will be a max of four until we are in the new space.and I am also offering reformer PT for 1-1 ,
2-1 or a small private group lesson.

IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THE CURRENT RUMOUR IS WE ARE CLOSING .
THIS IS UNTRUE BUT WE ARE MAKING CHANGES TO IMPROVE THE FITNESS STUDIO WHICH IS WHY WE ARE HAVING SUBSTANTIAL BUILDING WORK CARRIED OUT TO UTILISE SPACE WHICH IS CURRENTLY UNUSED.

WE APPRECIATE THE UPHEAVAL THIS IS CAUSING BUT AIM FOR COMPLETION IN THE NEXT FEW WEEEKS AND WE DO APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE

🛑 THE WEIGHTS ROOM WILL BE MOVED INTO WHAT WAS THE STUDIO . THIS AREA IS WIDER AND MORE SUITABLE AND THE CURRENT WEIGHTS ROOM WILL NO LONGER BE IN SERVICE .

🛑SPINNING ROOM WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR USE

THIS WORK WILL START AS SOON AS WE HAVE COMPLETED PHASE 1

🛑ENTRANCE TO THE GYM WILL MOVE AND RECEPTION WILL MOVE PROVIDING A PERMENANT MAT AREA

It has come to our attention that various members who are in arrears/ cancelled membership are still trying to gain access with paying members . This is an insult to paying members and against our insurance . In the event of a fire they would be unaccounted for as no fob access entry recorded

I WILL MAKE IT VERY VERY CLEAR AGAIN!!

🛑IT CLEARLY SAYS ON THE FRONT DOOR DO NOT ALLOW ENTRY TO ANYONE WITHOUT A FOB.
THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ANYONE BANGING ON THE WINDOW .

🛑 ANYONE WHO MISSES A PAYMENT WILL BE DISABLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND IF PAYMENR IS STILL NOT MADE AFTER 14 DAYS A REACTIVATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED .

🛑ANYONE LETTING MEMBERS IN WITHOUT A FOB WILL FACE A MONTHS BAN AND IF IT CONTINUES THOSE MEMBERS WILL FACE A LIFE TIME BAN FROM THE FITNESS STUDIO.

🛑ANY MEMBER WHO LEAVES OWING FEES WILL ALSO FACE A LIFETIME BAN

🛑NEW CAMERAS ARE TO BE INSTALLED WITH VOICE ACTIVATION AND WE WILL USE THEM .

🛑EVEN IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH ANOTHER GYM MEMBER, BOTH USERS MUST FOB IN TO REGISTER ENTRY

The minority are being completely disrespectful to the majority but be reassured the situation is in hand .

WE WILL BE INSTALLING MORE CAMERAS TO MONITOR

AS A REMINDER THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY

♦️ NO WORK BOOTS, MUDDY TRAINERS .

♦️APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR ONLY . THIS INCLUDES NO CROCS OR FLIP FLOPS DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY , ANYONE FOUND TO BE WEARING THEM IN THE GYM WILL BE UNABLE TO WORKOUT

♦️ NEW BENCHES ARE DUE TO BE DELIVERED , BENCHES ARE NOT TO BE USED TO WALK ON AND OFF WE HAVE BLOCKS FOR THIS PURPOSE

♦️ANYONE FOUND TO BE DISRESPECTING THE GYM , THE EQUIPMENT OR LEAVING MUD THROUGH THE GYM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A WEEKS BAN

WE HAVE WORKED HARD TO PROVIDE A CLEAN AREA FOR ALL TO ENJOY , PLEASE RESPECT THE FITNESS STUDIO SO EVERYONE CAN ENJOY

♦️ TIMERS FOR FANS INSTALLED - AWAITING DELIVERY AS SUPPLY ISSUE - THE REMAINING FANS TO BE INSTALLED EARLY NEXT WEEK WITH NO DISRUPTION TO SERVICE

♦️SHOWER READY BUT THE SHOWER DOOR WAS SMASHED SO AWAITING DELIVERY OF A NEW ONE , THIS WILL BE INSTALLED NEXT WEEK

🔷 2026 WILL SEE THE ENTRANCE TO THE GYM MOVE TO THE OTHER END OF THE BUILDING

🔷 MOVEMENT OF THE LARGE WEIGHTS ROOM INTO THE STUDIO. THIS IS A LARGER SPACE AND WILL PROVIDE ANOTHER CHANGING ROOM AND MAT SPACE

🔷 UPSTAIRS WILL WELCOME A DROP IN SPIN AREA

🔷 WAITING ROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND OFFICE

PREPARATION WORK TO AVOID AS MUCH CLOSURE AS POSSIBLE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND WE WILL NEED TO CLOSE FOR CHANGEOVER BUT NOTIFICATION WILL BE GIVEN IN ADVANCE , THIS WAS SHORT NOTICE AS TOM BECAME AVAILABLE TO DO THE WORKS .

THE LEG CURL MACHINE HAS BEEN FIXED AND IS BACK IN USE .

Please be aware we try our best from report to getting equipment fixed as soon as possible and are still awaiting a response from the technician we contacted with regards to fixing it , luckily we know someone who was able to fix the issue and lessen the inconvenience .
