We've had a few messages about people waiting for tickets, please be re-assured that once you've signed the waiver your ticket will come. Sometimes, it can take a few days but all tickets will be out before the event.

For anyone who's not signed the waiver please remember to do this before you get to the event, we'll be sending out reminders this week for the waivers we're still waiting for.

We’re currently working through wave allocations to make sure there is a good spread of participants across the day and that everyone has the best possible experience at Gelt Gladiator.

In some cases, we may need to ask teams to move to a slightly different wave time. We always try to keep changes to a minimum, and really appreciate your support and understanding where adjustments are needed.

If your team has not heard from us, your requested wave time has been confirmed as selected when you booked.

If you have any questions about your time slot, please DM us or email [email protected], including your booking reference so we can find your booking quickly.
