Whether you’re taking on our signature mud run at Nuclear Races, getting the whole family muddy at Nuclear Mud Tribe, or testing yourself on our fitness race at Nuclear Fit, get the 2027 dates in your diary! 📅

At Nuclear Essex, kids aged 6+ can celebrate with muddy obstacles at Nuclear Wild Forest or take to the trees at Nuclear Adventures, with party options including High Ropes, Zip Trek and, for older children, Knife Throwing.

Perfect for getting them outdoors, off their screens and having a brilliant time with their friends. Our friendly instructors lead the activities, with party spaces available afterwards for food, cake and birthday celebrations 🎈

And at Nuclear Adventures, when you book a party for 10+ participants, the birthday child goes FREE! 🥳
