If fat loss is your goal, your diet doesn’t need to look like a “diet” 👇🏻

I think this is where so many people make things harder than they need to be!

They decide they want to lose a bit of weight and suddenly it’s…

❌ No more carbs
❌ No more meals out
❌ No more chocolate
❌ No more alcohol
❌ Chicken and broccoli 7 days a week 😂

And yeah… you might manage that for a couple of weeks.

But… IT’S NOT SUSTAINABLE LONG TERM!

For me, a much better approach is keeping things simple.

Build most of your meals around a good source of protein, get plenty of fruit and veg in, be sensible with your portions…

And leave some room for the foods you actually enjoy 👌🏻

Because let’s be honest, pizza, pasta, ice cream or a few drinks aren’t the reason you’re not making progress… 🍕🍺

It’s the OVERCONSUMPTION of calories that prevents you making the progress 🙌🏻

So no, you don’t need to eat “perfectly”

You need to eat well consistently enough (80% of time) so that you can still enjoy your life at the same time.

That’s the kind of approach you can actually stick to.

And that’s where the results come from.

💾 SAVE this for the next time you feel like you need to completely overhaul your diet 👈🏻

And if you’re trying to lose fat but you’re sick of constantly being “on” and “off” a diet… DM me “BALANCE” and let’s have a chat 🤝🏻

Your life doesn’t need to become less busy before you start looking after yourself ✌🏻

You just need an approach that actually works with the life you already have 👌🏻

For most people, that doesn’t mean training every day or eating perfectly ❌

It means getting the basics right consistently enough that a meal out, busy week or weekend away doesn’t derail everything 👌🏻

Fitness should add to your life, not take it over!

If you’re in your 30s and you’re tired of constantly starting again, comment “BALANCE” below or send me a DM. I’d love to know what’s been getting in your way 🤝🏻

Yes… you CAN get in shape and still enjoy life 🤝🏻

I’m 32 and an Online Coach.

And if you’re in your 30s like me… I’m sure your life isn’t always “perfectly planned”.

Some weeks you’ll train 3 times and meal prep everything.

Other weeks there’ll be dinners out, drinks with friends, social events, busy days at work and weekends where tracking calories is the last thing on your mind.

And I’m sorry, but that is BALANCE (and real life!)

Forget trying to be perfect all week so you can “cheat” at the weekend.

Instead, start focusing on looking after yourself the majority of the time, without feeling guilty when life happens 🤷🏻‍♂️

Train regularly, eat well (most of the time) and move your body daily 👌🏻

But also don’t avoid socialising. You can still have a drink. Go out for nice meals and actually enjoy your weekend! ✌🏻

Yes… you can do both!

And it’s exactly how I teach every single one of my clients how to achieve the best of both worlds 🫶🏻

If you want to get in shape without actually having to put your life on hold to do it, DM me “BALANCE” and I’ll show you exactly how 🤝🏻

I really want you to read this 👇🏻🤔

Because trust me, I’ve been there too…

I’ve lost my routine, lacked motivation and had times where I’ve thought…

“I just don’t really feel like me at the moment.”

And when that happens, it’s easy to look backwards.

How fit you used to be.
How strong you felt.
How confident you were.

And convince yourself you’ve got to start all over again.

But you haven’t lost everything.

You’ve probably just lost a little consistency.

Your body remembers more than you think. Your strength, fitness, routine and confidence CAN come back.

But you don’t need to fix everything overnight.

You don’t need the perfect diet.
You don’t need to train every day.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

And you definitely don’t need to be perfect.

Start small.

Get a couple of workouts in. Walk more. Eat a little better. Sleep well. Keep a few promises to yourself.

Those small wins start adding up.

And slowly, you start feeling like YOU again.

Most importantly, stop comparing your journey to everyone else’s.

You don’t need their body, their routine or their lifestyle.

Focus on YOU.

Because becoming the person you truly want to be isn’t about completely changing your life.

It’s about building a version of your life where you feel fitter, stronger and more confident — while still actually enjoying it.

One workout.
One good decision.
One day at a time.

And remember… progress will always beat perfection 🤝🏻

And if you’re reading this thinking “this is exactly where I’m at right now”…

Please DM me “REBUILD” and let’s have a chat on how I can genuinely help you get back to feeling your best 🫶🏻

I used to think being “fit” meant always being on it 🏋🏻‍♂️

Training hard. Eating well. Staying disciplined. Never really switching off.

And for years, sport and training were such a big part of my life that I almost convinced myself that more discipline = better results ⚽️

But over time, my mindset has completely changed.

Because what’s the point in being in great shape if maintaining it means saying no to everything you actually enjoy? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don’t want to turn down meals out because they don’t fit my calories ❌

I don’t want to feel guilty about having a few drinks ❌

I don’t want to go on holiday worrying about finding a gym ❌

And I definitely don’t want one big weekend to result in me starving myself and smashing cardio on Monday 😂

These days, I still train hard 💪🏻

I still care about what I eat ✅

I still want to feel fit, strong and confident in myself ✅

But I also want the meals out ✅

The holidays ✅

The drinks with friends ✅

The weekends away ✅

And most importantly, the time and memories with the people I love ✅

And ironically…

I’m probably fitter now than I’ve ever been, while being far less restrictive than I’ve ever been.

That’s the message I try to get across with my coaching.

You don’t need another extreme diet.

You don’t need to be perfect 7 days a week.

And you definitely don’t need to choose between getting results and having a life.

You just need an approach that actually fits around the life you want to live.

If that sounds like the kind of approach you’ve been looking for, DM me “BALANCE” and I’ll show you how I help my clients do exactly that.
