Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5pm-6pm Kids (under 16)
6pm-7pm Adults

Tuesday & Thursday
6pm>7pm -adults only

All levels of fitness and abilities welcome 🙌🏽
You can either bring your own gloves or we can provide 🥊 don’t forget your water 💦
