I’ve never truly given myself a real break from social media. I’ve spent so much time in the mindset of documenting and sharing my journey, that it no longer feels aligned to do so.
Lately, I’ve noticed how much time I’ve been spending doomscrolling, and it’s not something I want to carry forward. So for now, I’m choosing to step away and delete the apps.
For now, I want to be present with others, focus on my business offline, and finally give my energy to the things I’ve been postponing.
I then want to come back & actually feel like I can support and inspire others on here.
It may be short, it may be a little longer! But for now, I’ll see you soon! 🤍
