Our first Kids Fitness class this week starting with our Mums & Babies class!

Based in Brynmenyn we offer a 60 minute class catering to Mums and children from new born to pre-school.

We have sensory toys, play mats and areas for them to keep busy while you get your sweat on! If the little ones are feeling busy then our coaches are on hand to help you out or you’re welcome to get them involved 😀

We are Kids Fitness Bridgend! With two locations in Bridgend (and more on the way!) we are excited to announce we are teaming up to prove the best and easiest access to kids fitness & sensory classes in the area!
