Join me, Nadine, as I guide you through a yoga practise, help calm your mind, strengthen your body, improve your flexibility.
Vinyasa yoga – Innerpeace Pilates Studio – Monday evening – 18:00 to 19:00
a slightly faster paced class, move through sequences and postures linking
breath and movement.
Gentle yoga stretching – Nolton Church – Wednesday morning - 10:00 to 11:30
a slow-paced class suitable for all, some postures and sequences are able to be adapted and suited to a chair.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, let me know and I can supply one.

Parc Slip have cancelled all classes until further notice.
Many thanks to those that have attended and supported my yoga classes at Parc Slip. I hope you enjoyed the classes.
I have taken the difficult decision to cancel my Tuesday class altogether until further notice.
My apologies for the short notice and any inconvenience caused.
My Monday evening vinyasa class at Innerpeace Pilates studio and my Wednesday morning gentle Yoga stretching continue unaffected.

Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement.
Move through sequences and postures, using the breath to consciously deepen your practice.
Vinyasa yoga will help strengthen the body, improve range of movement and improve balance.
There are benefits off the mat too, practicing yoga will help help lower stress and anxiety, cultivate a sense of calm, peace, focus and resilience.
The class will begin with a breathing exercise, then warm up with some dynamic sun salutations. Moving on to working through balancing, standing and seated postures. Ending the class with relaxation.
By the end of the class, hopefully you will leave with a feeling that you have worked out, stretched and with a sense of calm, ready to rest and tackle your week head-on.

What to bring –
A yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t let me know and I will bring spares)
Water
A blanket if you would like for the relaxation.
If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If you have a yoga mat bring it with you, if you don't, don't worry, I will have spares you can use.
You can bring along a blanket if you like for the relaxation.
Bring some water if you would like.
Wear loose fitting clothes or stretchy sportswear.
Changing the breath rate can help manage stress and anxiety.
Changing your respiratory rate can shift the nervous system from Sympathetic (flight, flight, freeze) to Parasympathetic (relaxation, rest, digest). Learn how to take back that control.
Vinyasa refers to a short sequence of movement we use through the practice to link postures.
We will begin the class a breathing exercise to help focus the mind and the class will end with a short relaxation.
We will use Sun Salutations to warm up for the practice. Followed by sequences of postures/asanas focusing brining awareness to different areas of the body; hips, shoulders, spine, core strength, balance.
Throughout the class an aim is to try and remain conscious of the breath and link breath and movement.
