ππ½ Squatting improves strength, it is a compound exercise, this means it works multiple muscle groups at a time, the quadriceps, glutes, and calves.
ππΌββοΈIt requires total body movement and uses lower body muscles which helps increase blood flow, improving circulation.
ππ½ Through the motions of squatting, your abs and core face constant tension, as you lower your abs tense up, preventing you to fall, this in turn strengthens your core muscles.
