After an eventful Summer, we are back to training today.

Everyone is training from 4-5pm so we can attend the leaving party for Jack from Ynysbwl.

We have spaces for new students from the age of 4 and up.

Training for everyone tonight 4.30-5.30 see you there

We will all train from 4-5pm tonight.

Please bring plenty of water and feel free to wear shorts and T-shirts. Please wear your belts though.

Training tonight will be in Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes.

We will meet in the car park by the castle for 4pm. There is a charge for the car park and I think you can pay by card and cash.

Bring water and sun cream.
