Half-term is flying by, and our FREE gymnastics sessions at Garw Valley Life Centre are happening this Friday!

What a week! π Take a look at some of our favourite moments from Dementia Action Week where we were able to raise Β£1,479.34 for Alzheimer's Society , featuring the amazing members and volunteers from our Feel Good for Life programme.
Our sessions are all about creating a safe, supportive space to stay active and socialise with friends, old and new. βοΈπͺ
