Bridgend’s first fully equipped functional area and studio kitted out to suit all kinds of class's including Spinning, Circuits, Pilates, Power hooping and many more. There’s no need to be super flexible, and no previous yoga experience needed. Dynamic Yoga is open to all abilities, so if you’ve thought about trying it, this is your sign.
