Welsh Kickboxing Union's Black and Brown Belt Training Sunday.
Emphasis on weapons this time. Instruction by Caie Copp 5th degree.
Caie is not just a well known fighter and multi World Champion but an all round Martial Artist, and well reguarded Referee in all forms of Kickboxing.
Well done all the students who took part in preparation for the Black and Brown Belt Grading in May.

Yesterday was our first World Martial Arts Committee English Championships in Worcester.
Just what our Warriors Club needs in our development.
My thanks to Ed Byrne and Bradley Byrne for a well run competition.
A huge well done to our elite Warriors Fighters, great results.
13 fighters,
9 Gold, 13 Silver, 13 Bronze.
The improvement is there to be seen. Our fight team training on Wednesday 5.30-7.30 is paying off big time.
Also Congratulations to Team WKU on getting 3rd in the Kihapp club list.
WMAC Wales Squad Training is monthly preparing for the World Championships in Austria.
Next we have our own WMAC Welsh Championships in Fairwater, Cardiff on 9th and 10th May.
