Massive congratulations to Sam who has hit an incredible milestone — 25kg lost! 🎯

To put that into perspective… that’s the equivalent of 5 dart boards in weight 👏

This hasn’t happened overnight. It’s come from consistency, hard work, turning up week after week and trusting the process.

Super proud of the effort Sam has put in and the results speak for themselves.

Happy International Women’s Day to the amazing women of Physica.

From early alarms and heavy lifts to box jumps, skipping and the occasional “just one more rep”… these women show up, work hard and support each other every single day.

Strong, resilient, supportive — and proof that you can lift heavy and laugh a lot.

Member of the Month – January 2026 🏆

Beth… our resident cardio queen 👟
Notorious for her running. If there’s miles to be done, she’s already halfway round Bridgend.

But recently she’s done something even better.
She’s committed to her strength training.

She’s eased back on the running (just a little 😉) and put real focus into lifting… and the difference shows. Technique sharper. Confidence higher. Weights going up!

Stronger runners are faster runners… and Beth is building properly.

Member of the Month – Caitlin!

Massive shout-out to Caitlin, our very deserving November Member of the Month 👏

She’s not only lost an incredible 8.3lbs, but also took on her first HYROX in Madrid – a huge challenge that takes serious commitment and grit 💪🔥

Caitlin has been so consistent with her training, always showing up and putting the work in, and it’s paying off both physically and mentally. Seeing her push herself outside her comfort zone has been amazing.

So proud of you – and this is just the start 🙌
