Job Purpose: To have overall responsibility for the day to day maintenance of the Estates grounds at Bridgend College.

Key activities will be to assist the Estates team with the preparation for Bridgend College's new Town Centre Campus, and decommissioning works.

💰 Salary: £25,948 per annum
⏰ Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:30am–5:00pm | Fri 8:30am–4:30pm)
📍 Location: Bridgend, Pencoed, Town Centre
🗓️ Annual Leave: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays

We're Hiring a Catering Assistant (Refectory)!

Love customer service and working in catering? We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to join our Refectory team at our Pencoed Campus!

This is a part-time (16 hours/week, Monday–Friday), term-time only role (36 weeks), fixed term until 31st August 2027.

💰Salary: £13.45 per hour (£25,948 pro rata per annum) (Note: Actual salary will be based on the number of weeks worked for the remainder of the academic year.)
