Taking care of a loved one is a vital role, but it is just as important to look after yourself. We are delighted to shine a light on our Carers Respite Programmes, held locally at Bridgend Life Centre and Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre.

These sessions provide an essential opportunity for unpaid carers across Bridgend County Borough and Merthyr Tydfil County Borough to step back, focus on their own physical and mental health, and enjoy a well-deserved break in a welcoming environment.
