The Vale Jiu Jitsu Club are back after our summer break. We're a Japanese Jiu Jitsu Club training in Ogmore By Sea Village Hall every Tuesday juniors 6.30pm and Seniors 8pm. Our sister club in St Athan trains every Friday 6pm juniors and 7.30pm seniors. Whether you've done Jiu Jitsu before or are a complete beginner we'd love to meet you.
