If we all stayed in our comfort zone we would never see any progress we would only see the same results as before. Never get comfortable push yourself and your body everyday and you will see results. You will see that your body can handle more than you though it could, you can see how mentally strong you are. You will learn allot more about yourself by pushing yourself that you ever will sticking to what you’ve already done

Three very simply yet very important rules for life.

If you don’t go after what you want then you’ll never have it. You can take this into any aspect of your life with work, sport, fitness and general day to day events. If you don’t go after something then later in life you’ll be left with allot of what if’s what if I pushed for that promotion, what if I persuade my dream job, what If I pushed for those extra reps, what If I worked that little harder.

If you never ask the answer will always be no again can be applied in so many different ways in life. For instance asking for help when your unsure, asking for a second opinion on something that’s making you doubt yourself, asking for a spot on a weight you feel may be out of your comfort zone. If we don’t ask questions we’ll never get anywhere.

And finally if you do not step forward you’ll always be in the same place. It’s like going into the gym and just doing the weight you know you can do your not always benefiting from doing the things you know you can do add another 2.5,5,10kg to your exercise dig in and see what happens, at least then your making a step forward in progressing your mental and physical abilities to be able to be in an unfamiliar territory and come out stronger.
