We have a new addition to the Hotpod team. Meet Roanna who will be taking Saturdays at 11.30pm and Sundays at 4pm to shake up our timetable. Here’s a bit about her 💜💜My classes are all about creating a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and feel at home in your body, no pressure, no perfection, just time for yourself. With a background in acting and dance, I bring an intuitive and expressive approach to my teaching, focusing on how movement feels rather than how it looks. Through gentle guidance, flowing sequences, and space to rest whenever you need, I aim to help you completely switch off from the outside world. I love teaching classes where you leave feeling like a new person- lighter, calmer and less weighed down by stress. I’ve taught Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra across a range of studios, working with both complete beginners and more experienced students. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, my intention is to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling more grounded, uplifted and refreshed.
