That’s a wrap on this years Jadi Tention seminar experience, and wow this was a warm one 😳

For me , he has one of the smartest brains in the martial arts world , the way he teaches his subject is second to none , everyone can relate to his no nonsense approach to how things should be done.

It’s an honour to call him my instructor , friend and mentor, and it’s a privilege to have him deliver his seminar to us every year.

Congratulations to all those that took action on attending the seminar and investing in themselves, especially with our out of the ordinary heat wave 😂I’m sure everyone took something great from this experience.

Until next year ……….. count me in 🥋

Scorpions it’s so close , tomorrow night sees the return of professor Jadi Tention as he takes a seminar at our school for the 10th time 😳😳😳

Every year since , he’s left us speechless with his amazing teaching ability and fight IQ

I salute every single one of you that have taken action this year and booked yourself onto the seminar , there’s just one thing (apart from your sparring equipment) that you bring ……………. BRING HIGH ENERGY !!!!!!!! And you’ll get the very best from your seminar.

Hard day at school , hard day at work , hard day with the kids , hard time studying 🤔

The best you feel is when you complete something you really didn’t want to do , or even dread doing , training is one of the most accomplishable feelings that I’ve depended on almost all my life , it doesn’t matter how difficult my day has been , it goes away once I bow into the training hall.

Talent only lasts so long ………. Get off that sofa !
