What do we think of these?
Obviously we have to take into account your weight and any injuries. It’s very generic…
In your 50s, strength isn’t about old PBs, it’s about hitting the right benchmarks for where your body is now.
From how heavy to squat, to what weight to deadlift and hip thrust, these are the ones worth knowing.
Build better bone - jump!!!

Who’s full, bloated, fed up, ready to make some changes for the good in the next few weeks?
I’m not talking about getting skinny though.
